CONSIGNMENT POLICY


We sell your quality, gently used items for you!

 

  • You bring in your high quality pre-owned items.
  • We price, market, and merchandise each item.
  • You are paid: Receive 55% of the final sale price once your item sells.
  • Unsold Items are returned or donated after a set period.

Consignment vs. Thrift: 

Unlike thrift stores, we offer a carefully curated selection of higher-quality, often branded items. We accept merchandise that meets strict standards for condition, cleanliness, and resale value, with all items required to be in “excellent" or "gently used" condition.

🚫Items We Are Unable to Accept for Consignment 🚫

 

To help keep our shop clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we’re unable to accept the following items:

 

Hygiene and Personal Items:

  • Undergarments: Used underwear, socks, tights, and bras.
  • Personal Care: Used makeup, perfumes, or partially used lotions and hair care products. 

 

Condition and Quality:

  • Visible Damage: Items with holes, tears, snags, or missing buttons or non-working zippers.
  • Stains and Odors: Clothing with sweat stains, food spots, smoke, pet, or mothballs odors or excessive pet hair.
  • Heavy Wear: Shoes with worn-down soles, pilling on sweaters, or stretched-out fabric.
  • Broken or Incomplete Items: Electronics that don't power on, puzzles with missing pieces, or furniture with structural damage. Items must be clean, complete and in good working order (electronics require new batteries).
  • Style and Sellability: We focus on current styles and truly vintage pieces. Items that are out of style are less likely to sell, and our limited space means we must prioritize items with strong resale potential.



Please don’t be discouraged if your item isn’t selected - we can only accept about 10% of what’s brought in.

If accepted, we’ll do our very best to sell your items for the best price.
